Why Core Centered Counselling?

At Core Centered Counselling, I use trauma-informed talk therapy, mindfulness and somatic (body-based) practices like gentle movement and breathwork to support emotional regulation, reduce stress and reconnect you with your sense of meaning and purpose.
The name “Core Centered Counselling” reflects my belief that, healing and transformation begin at your core—emotionally, mentally, and physically. My aim is to guide you in reconnecting with your strengths and building a sense of balance and calm so you can face life’s challenges with renewed confidence.
