Welcome to Core Centered Counselling. I help you navigate life’s challenges through evidence-based counselling in a warm, non-judgmental environment by providing the flexibility of in-person or online appointments. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, you don’t have to face it alone.

I believe that true healing begins from within. Your core - your essential self holds the wisdom and the capacity for change. When you trust in this journey together, each step leads you closer to insightful personal growth. You will feel the change as we work together using counselling as a way to align yourself with your core values and true nature, the transformation will naturally unfold.

What can you experience working with me?

Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are unique to you. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we'll explore how your thoughts shape your reality and develop practical tools to create positive change. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you'll learn to move toward what matters most while building psychological flexibility and mindful awareness. There are times where we feel like we don’t want to talk, I offer somatic practices using yoga and pilates principles in sessions. 

We will work together to:

  • Identify core values and move toward what matters to you the most

  • Develop mindfulness and self-compassion

  • Build practical skills for managing difficult thoughts and emotions

  • Create meaningful change while honoring your unique path

  • Strengthen your relationship with yourself and others
