Hi, I’m Meena Gupta.
I created this practice with a simple belief: healing doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. As a counsellor who has walked with clients through many paths their lives have taken, I provide somatic counselling for you who may be navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the quiet griefs we don’t always have words for.
