- Reconnect with your body through safe, rehabilitative movement.
- Release held tension and emotions stored in the body.
- Cultivate present-moment awareness and inner calm.
- Improve posture, breath, and physical alignment to support emotional regulation.

All practices are tailored to your comfort level, body, and goals—no prior movement experience required.
